No. The website is yours, and it stays online on free hosting in your own name. The monthly plans are optional, for having it looked after and updated.
Your web address is registered in your name, and the first year is included with a website. After that it renews once a year at the registrar's standard price, which you pay. I'll remind you before it's due.
You look at a design and send me everything you'd like changed in one go. I make those changes and send it back. That's one round. Every design item includes two rounds. If you'd like more, or a completely new direction, I'll tell you the price first.
