Website

£199 one-off

A clear, modern website for a business or organisation that doesn't have one yet, or has one it would rather people didn't see.

What you get

Up to 5 pages, for example: home, about, services or menu, reviews and contact
Mobile-friendly: designed for phones first, and it works on computers too
A contact form that sends messages straight to your email
A tap-to-call button, so people can ring you in one tap from their phone
Your real reviews, each with a link to where it was left (Google, Facebook and so on)
Set up on Google search: your site is added to Google with clear page titles and a sitemap, so it can be found
Your first year's .co.uk web address included, registered in your name

Hosting

Your website is hosted free on an account in your own name, so you always own it, and it stays online whether or not you take a monthly plan. The Essential plan (£25/month) is optional, for having it looked after and kept up to date.

Fix my website

from £75 one-off

For a website that's broken, out of date or missing the basics. You keep your site; I fix what's wrong.

How it works

Send me your web address and tell me what's bothering you. I'll look at the site and send a fixed price in writing before any work starts. You won't need to share your passwords: I'll ask you to add me as a user instead. If a site isn't worth saving, I'll say so.

Monthly plans

Have your website looked after, without thinking about it. The plans are optional: a website I build stays on free hosting in your own name either way. Both plans are rolling monthly: cancel any time with one month's notice. Paid monthly in advance.

Security and updates
Small changes, up to 30 minutes a month (new prices, photos, opening hours and so on)

About printing

LFT is design only. You get print-ready files that any printer can use. If you'd like, I can order the printing for you from an online printer at cost: you pay exactly what the printer charges, with nothing added. LFT never holds stock.

Before any work starts, you get a written description of exactly what's included, and we both agree it. Anything not in it is extra, and priced before I do it.

Missed-call text-backPrice on requestWhen you can't answer, the caller gets a friendly text from your business, and you get an alert so you can call back.
Review-request messagesPrice on requestA polite message after each job asking for a review. Every customer is asked, not just the happy ones, nobody is offered anything in return, and each message says how to opt out.

What I don't do

No promises of “page one on Google”. Nobody can honestly promise that.
No fake or paid-for reviews, ever, for me or for you.
No phone apps for the App Store or Google Play.
No cold calls, and nothing sent to your customers that you haven't approved.
